This page informs you of the terms and conditions that apply when you use our Service or Portal. Our primary service is offering asset registration and search service.

You should understand that by ordering or using any of this Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read through these terms and conditions carefully and print a copy for future reference.

The Service and use of the Portal are provided to you subject to the terms and Conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions ("Terms & Conditions" or "Agreement") and our Privacy Policy, and any other rules and policies set forth on this Site. The terms and Conditions below and any other rules or policies set forth on this Site comprises the entire agreement between you and myAssetLookup and supersedes all prior agreements between us.

By completing the registration process, you accept and agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement and in our privacy policy. You hereby acknowledge that you are 14 years of age or older.

If you are an agent acting on behalf of a company or other business, you further warrant that you personally have the authority to bind that company or business on whose behalf you are placing an order.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

This Terms and Conditions gives you important obligations. You agree to the following responsibilities:

• Compliance with our Anti-Spam policy. Please see Section 7 below.
• Lawful use of the service only. Please see Section 8 below.
• Correctly and honestly creating and maintaining of all content under your account; including but not limited to asset information, status, and ownership; account, email content, current billing and contact information.
• when applicable, payment of all agreed subscription fees for our payable service.
• Not to share your portal login user name and password with anyone.
• Full responsibility for all activity associated with your use of our portal and Service.
• Compliance with all other obligations set forth in these Terms & Conditions.
• For users of this Service or Portal, by giving another your asset ownership proof ID, you agree that as part of the ownership proof process, we will show to the proof-key recipient the individual and/or business name under which the asset is held, and other information related needed for the ownership proof.
• The users of this Service or Portal must only register assets for which they rightfully own, or for which the rightful owner is known to the member, and the rightful owner has requested to have such registered on their behalf.
• The business account users of this Service must only register assets owned by their respective businesses or organization specified during the registration. By registering a business account, you agree that you will not use the account to add asset on behalf of other individual or organization.
• Users who registered as agent must not use a single business account for more than one business organization.
• You agree that no refund will be made for subscription or credit purchase payment.
• Agents will only be paid after subscription or credit purchase payment is received
• No user of this Service or Portal should register asset belonging to someone else without their consent.
• For asset under dispute or investigation, myAssetLookup will always obey court orders or police requests to pass the held personal details of the member that added or updated an asset or found asset record
• The user of this portal must not input or upload any data that is meant to intentionally or unintentionally hack the portal, or reverse engineer the codes in this Portal.
• The user of this portal must not upload any obscene or pornographic image to this Portal.

We reserve the right to deactivate your account(s) as we deem appropriate or necessary, without notice. You enlist and use the Portal or Service at your own risk. myAssetLookup is not responsible for any matter arising from your use of the Portal or Service. We will not be liable to any mistake arising from wrong data entry, update or search; users need to verify the correctness of their contents. We recommend that you keep track of your reports, analysis, and other data in your own personal records, as we reserve the right to discontinue your account(s) or terminate the Service at any time.

3. MODIFICATION TO SERVICE PROVIDED; TERMS & CONDITIONS

You acknowledge and agree that we may, with or without notice, modify or terminate the Service and/or the Site. Further, we may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time, including the fees we charge for Service. Modifications of the Service may include, without limitation, changes in the maximum allowable asset records, found records, and found asset search. We will notify you of changes we make by posting a notice on our Site, or, if we choose, by sending you an email. If you do not accept the changes, you must terminate your subscription or other use at that time. Your use of the Portal or Service after the notice is posted (or an email is sent to you) shall be deemed to be acceptance of the modification or Termination of the Service or these Terms & Conditions.

4. PAYMENT TERMS; CANCELLATION

Where applicable, fees charged include any applicable taxes, at the rates in effect when the fees are incurred. We may change the fees then in effect, or add new fees, by giving Users advance notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending us an email: cancellation@myAssetLookup.com as long as there are no pending unpaid invoices/subscription charges. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will promptly terminate your access to the Service. No refunds of subscription fees will be given. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and/or discontinue Service at any time for any reason that we are not required to disclose.

After cancellation or closure of an account either individual or business; we have the right to keep or delete the non personal data relating to asset generic identification tied to the account, and also to have such show up in asset searches.

Payment for service (Pay-as-you-go or periodic subscription) can only be accepted through our online payment service providers shown on in our Portal.

Subscription cancellation must be done 3 days before the next subscription payment due date.

5. myAssetLookup ACCOUNT & PASSWORD

• You can only use the Service or Portal; if you successfully register your membership with us, and have enough credit if applicable. Information that you provided while registering an account with us must be complete and accurate. You agree that we may block access to your account and the Service we supply, if we reasonably believe that the information you have supplied is inaccurate. You must keep your user name and password secret at all times and not allow anyone else to use it. You must contact us immediately if you believe your user name and password has become known to someone else.
• Both your individual and business account where applicable will be known to the public using the nickname names you choose to your assign to your individual or business accounts.
• For Service that requires payment; the credit purchased online will be activated after payment notification is received from our online payment provider.
• You can view credits, subscriptions, and payments from our portal by logging into your account.
• Sharing login information is in violation of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination.
• You will provide a password in order to access the Service and your account. Email login must be a valid email address maintained by you.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You will immediately notify us of any unauthorized account activity, or any unauthorized use of your email list(s) or any other breach of security you become aware of.
• This portal is a single user service. Multiple logins and passwords to the same individual account from different computers or devices are not permitted. You must not share your login and password with others. Sharing login information is in violation of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination.

6a. PRIVACY

We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidential information of Users. For more information check our privacy policy page. You agree to maintain and comply with privacy policy that is consistent with the myAssetLookup Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner of asset added to the Portal; also that your data does not contain any malicious or phishing code. to manually add or added via bulk load; and that data does not contain any malicious code.

6b. CONFIDENTIALITY

We agree not to use any of your Confidential Information (defined below) for any purpose except to operate the Portal in accordance with this Agreement. We agree not to disclose any of your Confidential Information to any third party other than to our employees and consultants who are bound by confidentiality obligations and are required to have access to the Confidential Information in order to operate the Portal. Both your individual and business account where applicable will be known to the public using the nickname names they have chosen to assign to their individual or business accounts. Nothing in this Agreement limits our right to independently use the data provided for analysis and reporting.

7. ANTI-SPAM POLICY

myAssetLookup, a leading asset registration and search portal, is committed to being a trusted member of the Internet community. As such, we have adopted a firm anti-spam stance. Spam can deluge a recipient's email box and waste the recipient's time and money. Spam often causes recipients to complain to their Internet Service Providers who in turn may block or restrict access from legitimate service like myAssetLookup, and Users, like you. To help recipients be free from spam, and to maximize the availability of our service to our community of Users, we have taken a "zero tolerance" stand against spam. You acknowledge, warrant and agree that:

• You will not engage in any spamming activities in your use of the Portal or Service.
• Your use of the Portal will not violate your government spamming, junk mail or other related laws or regulations prohibiting or discouraging unsolicited mail.
• If you engage in any unlawful spamming activity, myAssetLookup will report such conduct to the appropriate authorities and turn over any and all information, including personally identifiable information, to appropriate law enforcement persons or entities.
• We may request at any time that you provide proof that those you have invited to join your business account have agreed to receive email messages from you and to join your business account team.
• We will terminate the account of any User determined to have used the Portal in connection with any spam email or otherwise breached these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to terminate your individual or business account(s) and your use of the Service, without notice, if we believe your activities are not in compliance with this Anti-Spam policy.

8. OTHER PROHIBITED USES

You acknowledge, warrant and agree that:

• You will not transmit through the Service or the portal any pornographic, obscene, offensive, threatening, harassing, libellous, hate-oriented, harmful, defamatory, racist, illegal or otherwise objectionable material or content.
• You will not send any transmission that attempts to hide your identity or represents you as someone else even in assigning your nickname names.
• Any attempt by you to transmit, publish or distribute material or content that promotes, provides or relates to instructional information about terrorism, illegal activities or promotes physical harm or injury against any individual or group is strictly prohibited.
• You will not use the Service or the Site to send any materials, including reports to any persons under 18 years of age unless and until you have taken and followed all necessary action and compliance pursuant to state and federal laws.
• You will not upload or distribute in any way any files that contain viruses, corrupted files or any similar software or programs that may damage the operation of any other person computer, the Service or the site.
• You will not interfere or disrupt networks connected to the Service and the portal.
• Any attempt by you to gain unauthorized access to any computer system, including accounts, lockers or databases maintained by and for myAssetLookup, is strictly prohibited.
• You will comply with all laws, rules and regulations regarding transmission of technical data exported from within your country.
• If you engage in any activity set forth in this paragraph or violate any terms or Conditions of these Terms & Conditions, your account will be terminated and use of the Service and portal prohibited. We will report any unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities and turn over any and all information regarding such activity to appropriate persons or entities.
• Where applicable, the myAssetLookup bank details provided to you for the purpose of receiving payment MUST not be used for any other purpose

9. Events outside our control

• We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under the Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event").
• A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
• Misuse, alteration or interference by you or any third party of our servers or systems (including virus and hacker attacks);
• Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
• Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
• Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
• Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; and
• The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
• Our performance under the Contract will be deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance during this period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

You expressly acknowledge and agree that the use of this service and the site is at your sole risk. The Service and the portal are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent allowed by law, myAssetLookup expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The contents of the Service or the portal may contain bugs, errors, problems or other limitations. We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in content. We are not responsible for any report created using the service. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the reliability or accuracy of the registration information supplied to myAssetLookup. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the consequences of the use of any report or information obtained from this portal, nor do we warrant the correctness, usefulness, reliability, accuracy or otherwise of any report. myAssetLookup is not responsible for any damages, including without limitation, lost profits, business interruption or other loss resulting from use of or reliance in any way on any report created on or through the service or the site or application. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, reliability, completeness and usefulness of any report, and analysis, or other information received while using the Service or portal.

• Registered asset in this Service or Portal should not suggest to anyone that the registrant is the rightful owner.
• Asset added in this Service or Portal should not suggest to anyone that the registrant has the asset in his or her possession.
• That an asset search in this Service or Portal does not return any result does not suggest that the asset may not have been declared missing or stolen by the rightful owner.
• Issuance of asset ownership certificate in this Service or Portal does not imply that the certificate owner is the rightful owner of the asset; it only indicates that the asset information was registered in this Service or Portal.
• MyAssetLookup takes no responsibility for users that business account owners invite to join their team.
• MyAssetLookup takes no responsibility for the outcome of any online or physical contacts between this Service users arising from asset selling, or found asset owner reunion.
• MyAssetLookup is not responsible for any form of linkup between users of this portal.
