Step 1

The following explains the instruction numbers in the diagram above:

1 : Click the ownership proof menu option

2 : Copy and paste the provided proof key into this field

3 : Click the search button to view the ownership certificate.

4 : The certificate has two sections, the asset owner personal details, and the asset details. Unlike the search report, the ownership certificate shows owners detail: email, names, phone number, and address; if any of these is not shown in the certificate, you may need to request for new proof key that will have these details. It's the responsibility of the proof key issuer to ensure provided details are correct, and for the proof key recipient to verify their correctness before going into any transaction.
