How to get asset search report

Step 1

The following explains the instruction numbers in the diagram above:

1  : Select the search option
2  : Select the correct asset group from listed asset groups. Search operation using the wrong asset group will not yield a valid result.
3  : Select the *All Products* manufacturer option from the list.
4  : You can search for an asset using either only the primary or secondary identifiers or using both where available. For country specific identifier, like car national plate number, you will be required to add the country of registration, ensure you select the right country from the list. Only input that matches the identifier expected format will be accepted. Click on each identifier input field, and the appropriate guide will be displayed.
5  : Click the search button to submit your request. If any asset is matched by your input, the result will be displayed, as shown below.


Step 2

The following explains the instruction numbers in the diagram above:

1  : The upper view is the distinct registration records of the asset matching the specified search criteria. The status change history for each registrant is shown in the lower view, with the last change status as the last entry record.
2  : The lower view shows the searched asset status change history for each of the registrants. All cases of status changing to missing or stolen status are highlighted in red. Care must be taken when transacting on any asset with a stolen or missing status as the last change state. An asset having a missing or stolen status in its history with a subsequent recovered status is OK.
